Media Marginalia is an independent platform for music and sound art that emerges at the edges of culture. We focus on creators who follow their own path, independent of genres, trends, and commercial expectations. Not the market, but inner necessity is at the core. The name Marginalia refers to the drawings and notes that medieval scribes left in the margins of their manuscripts: spontaneous expressions that existed outside the official order and, precisely because of that, possessed a unique power. In the same spirit, Media Marginalia brings together contemporary musical voices that exist between experimentation, intuition, imagination, and autonomy.

We believe that meaningful art does not necessarily arise at the center, but often at the margins. In the twilight zone between sound and silence, between tradition and deviation, between dream and reality, works emerge that resist easy classification. Media Marginalia documents, supports, and disseminates this hidden cartography of sound.
